Competitive Pricing

Profitability is one of the most important factors that many law firms consider in measuring their success.  Although Kimberlee Gee Legal is small in size and operations, we make a big impact in improving our clients’ bottom line.  Because of the virtual nature of our operations and the small size of our firm, we are able to offer billing rates below those demanded by traditional brick and mortar practices or large law firm attorneys with equivalent experience but higher fees. The hourly rates we charge are all-inclusive and never include a surcharge for Westlaw/Lexis usage that larger research and writing companies can often levy. Also, we offer each client a preliminary budget estimate at the beginning of each new project, and never exceed those estimates by more than 20% without prior authorization.

Everything throughout the business-client relationship, from email messaging, calendaring, project management, information and document sharing, expense tracking, billing and collection is automated and/or takes place digitally at Kimberlee Gee Legal.  You do not have to take time off work or rearrange your hectic schedule and meet at a physical location in order to communicate and collaborate with your outsourced attorney.  You will still receive the same exceptional service or product, but at a lower price point and in a more convenient way. And, if you absolutely desire to meet in person, or have a discussion face-to-face, we are able to accommodate your request, as we have a dedicated office space in Washington, DC for those clients who prefer to meet in person. And, as an amenity to you, I am also willing to meet at your office when you are crunched for time.
